Delhi Alwar Fast Rail: The country will soon be gifted with the first Rapid Rail (RRTS). This month, the first phase of the Delhi-Meerut Rapid Rail is expected to begin. It will first run between Sahibad and Dubai. Meanwhile, the new high-speed rail is also scheduled to start. The next fast train is likely to run from Delhi to Alwar. The 164 km route will have around 18 major stations, which will include stations like Rajiv Chowk, Manesar, Dharuhera and Rewari. A short line will also emerge from it, with 4 stations on it.
This will also be developed in phases. In the first phase, the line will be laid from Delhi to Gurugram, in the second phase from Gurugram to SNB (Shahjahanpur-Nimrana-Behror) and in the third phase from SNB to Alwar. The first phase is 106 km, the second is 35 km and the fourth is 58 km long. A total of 22 stations will be constructed already. As a result of the construction of this line, about eight and a half lakh people will benefit every day. According to reports, the project is going to cost an estimated Rs 37,000 crore. It is expected to be ready by 2028.

Where will the station be built?

The main line stations are expected to be constructed at the following locations – Nizamuddin/Sarai Kale Khan, INA, Munirka, Aerocity, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram Sector 17, Rajiv Chowk, Kherki Dhaula, Manesar, Panchgaon, Bilaspur Chowk, Dharuhera Depot, MBIR, Rewari. , Bawal, SNB, Khyertal and Alwar. The stations of narrow line are Shahjahanpur, Nimrana, Behror, Sotanla.

Rapid Rail is also called the mini bullet train of the country. It is designed like a bullet train. It will have CCTV cameras, sensor gates, padded seats, large glass windows for outdoor views and food and beverage vending machines. Its maximum speed is 180 km per hour.
